Module 1

Meet your Inner artist

In these  Module the student will get familiar with the building block of visual journaling- the 7 elements, through working with very powerful inner work and activating the archetype of the Inner Artist.

This is the first course that you could teach after graduation. you will get all the templates so you could immediately start after graduation.

Module 2

Voice Dialogue Technique

In this module, we will learn about our inner parts. We all have the inner child, the good mother, the critic and many more inner Archetypes and symbols that create an inner Family or Comunity.

We will concentrate on the revolutionary Voice Dialogue technique that was created by Hal & Sidra Stone and incorporate creative art processes.

Module 3

The facilitator & The group

In this module, we will learn different theories of facilitating groups.

We will learn in a fun creative way- with short exercises, with family constellations and more.

We will get to know our strengths and how can we deal with difficult situations.

We will learn how to create a nourishing space for others.

 

  Module 4

Diamond Mine

In this module we will dive in to discover all your strengths and learn how to create endless amazing processes that will influence others to grow and transform.

When we know and recognize our primary colors, we can learn to balance our energies and achieve an energetic state of tranquility, creativity, and happiness. This state touches our higher spirit, or self-archetype.

My name is Rakefet Hadar.

More about Color Archetype

Today I have important questions to ask

There are many theories that link our complex soul to theories of color.

Our aura colors, chakra colors, Native American color wheel and more are all an attempt to express the richness and complexity of our soul.

Our soul is like a beautiful diamond that is made up of several components, these components can be called energies and any such energy can be seen in a particular color so that we can understand how these energies work together to allow our soul to be expressed in the world.

The three energies that make up our soul are the core energy, the other energy, and the spiritual energy.

In Color Archetypes, I chose to use the language of colors to describe the energies that make up our souls.

The three basic colors – red, blue, yellow – make up all the colors in the universe, and respectively – the three basic energies of the soul can create an infinity of possibilities in our lives.

To express the energies of the soul – I chose to attach one basic color to each energy. The uniqueness of the “Color Archetypes” method compared to other methods of color healing is the ability of each one to arrange for himself the color map according to his intuitive and personal connection to the primary colors.

In this module, you will learn the theory behind CA. We will learn Jung’s theory of the self, shamanic theories of the soul, etc. We will expand on each of our color energies: Core, Connection, and spiritual energy.

Module 1

Meet your Inner artist

In these  Module the student will get familiar with the building block of visual journaling- the 7 elements, through working with very powerful inner work and activating the archetype of the Inner Artist.

This is the first course that you could teach after graduation. you will get all the templates so you could immediately start after graduation.

Module 2

Voice Dialogue Technique

In this module, we will learn about our inner parts. We all have the inner child, the good mother, the critic and many more inner Archetypes and symbols that create an inner Family or Comunity.

We will concentrate on the revolutionary Voice Dialogue technique that was created by Hal & Sidra Stone and incorporate creative art processes.

Module 3

The facilitator & The group

In this module, we will learn different theories of facilitating groups.

We will learn in a fun creative way- with short exercises, with family constellations and more.

We will get to know our strengths and how can we deal with difficult situations.

We will learn how to create a nourishing space for others.

 

  Module 4

Diamond Mine

In this module we will dive in to discover all your strengths and learn how to create endless amazing processes that will influence others to grow and transform.

In this module, we will learn about our inner parts. We all have the inner child, the good mother, the critic and many more inner Archetypes and symbols that create an inner Family or Comunity.

We will concentrate on the revolutionary Voice Dialogue technique that was created by Hal & Sidra Stone and incorporate creative art processes.

The facilitator & The group

In this module, we will learn different theories of facilitating groups.

We will learn in a fun creative way- with short exercises, with family constellations and more.

We will get to know our strengths and how can we deal with difficult situations.

We will learn how to create a nourishing space for others.

 

  Module 4

Diamond Mine

In this module we will dive in to discover all your strengths and learn how to create endless amazing processes that will influence others to grow and transform.

You will end this module with a plan of a Flag workshop that you could teach Immediately.

But guess what…these sentences are not real! these are just rooted thoughts that your inner critic sends you as a regular routine.

We all heard that in order to change our life-we need to get rid of destructive beliefs that we have about ourselves.

we have to go through a painful process of dealing with our inner critic and letting go of these negative feelings.

But what if I told you there is a sweeter, joyful way to feel better, to be more secure, productive, and happier in our daily life?

Jung talked about the archetypes as existing in the collective subconscious. Jung also said that each of us has the potential to know all the archetypes that exist in this realm.

When I developed the SoulPages method, I discovered a very important archetype inside me that was dormant – The dreaming child.

When the earth is at the equinox, each part is equally illuminated. Can we also personally hold such a balance? In SoulCircle, we will examine how new birth in nature affects our inner self. How can we cultivate Spring in our souls?

We all love the springtime. Everything is blooming while our senses join the great celebration of new life through vibrant colors and alluring scents while nature wakens from her hibernation. The time for our personal wakening has also come.

This season at SoulCircle, we will explore archetypes of growth to fill ourselves with light, joy, creativity, and awe with nature. SoulPages™ is a powerful tool that allows people to connect to a place of transformation and healing, using various mixed media techniques within a personal journal.

Working within the visual journal under the gentle guidance of a mentor enables processes of growth, healing, and ignition of the joy and passion of life.

I’m very honored to announce the opening of the International mentor training in my method of “SoulPages™ Journaling”.

This is an online live course of 32 full lessons during 9 months of training.

All the lessons are recorded and kept for another full year after the course is finished.

The graduates will get a certificate of “Mentor of SoulPages™ Method”, and will be able to work with groups/private clients as soon as the course finish

We are all born artists

My name is Rakefet Hadar.

I developed the SoulPages™ visual journal method to help as many people as possible encounter the power of creation, to reconnect with their passion, joy and healing strengths.

My method is built upon seven simple elements: Intention, Magical Coincidence, Background, Image, Color, Line, and Text.

I teach my method in different ways: through trips I organize, online courses and in-person workshops. I also published the book “Layers of Meaning” which consolidates all my knowledge, many exercises, and pieces from my own private journal.

In 2015 I started to teach the SoulPages™ Mentor course of my method and since then more than 200 graduates started to work and teach my method in Israel and worldwide.

I believe that when you learn how to be a SoulPages™ mentor you become an artist of inner transformation.

You become independent and you learn how to use all your life events to create amazing lessons for others. When you work on your lessons you keep creating for yourself in an extraordinary cycle of creativity and flow.

We are all born artists!!

Where and How?

  • This course will take place online with the Zoom platform
  • from October -June .
  • We will meet every Tuesday for a live session (18.00pm Jerusalem time)
  • All the lessons will be recorded and uploaded to the course content up to 24 hours later.
  • A close Facebook group where you can share your class work and get the attention and ideas of your peers class

Module 1-2

Meet your Inner artist+ Voice Dialogue

In these two Module the student will get familiar with the building block of visual journaling- the 7 elements, through working with very powerful inner work and activating the archetype of the Inner Artist.

We will combine the visual journal to Voice Dialog technique to create stunning meaningful pages.

Module 3

Being with others

In this module we will learn different theories of psychology of art and working with groups as a facilitator of change and transformation.

We will create in a special journal that we will make especially for this module.

You will get seven processes that you could use in your workshops.

 

Module 4

Rainbow of colors

In this two module, all the course members will bring their impressions, questions, and case studies from their “Practicum”* small groups.  We will work in our journals to understand and contain any situation.
