This is an online live course of 10 full lessons+ 9 Recorded lessons during 4 months of training.

All the lessons are recorded and kept for another full year after the course is finished.

Module 1

Meet your Inner artist

In these  Module the student will get familiar with the building block of visual journaling- the 7 elements, through working with very powerful inner work and activating the archetype of the Inner Artist.

This is the first course that you could teach after graduation. you will get all the templates so you could immediately start after graduation.

Module 2

Voice Dialogue Technique

In this module, we will learn about our inner parts. We all have the inner child, the good mother, the critic and many more inner Archetypes and symbols that create an inner Family or Comunity.

We will concentrate on the revolutionary Voice Dialogue technique that was created by Hal & Sidra Stone and incorporate creative art processes.

Module 3

The facilitator & The group

In this module, we will learn different theories of facilitating groups.

We will learn in a fun creative way- with short exercises, with family constellations and more.

We will get to know our strengths and how can we deal with difficult situations.

We will learn how to create a nourishing space for others.

 

  Module 4

Diamond Mine

In this module we will dive in to discover all your strengths and learn how to create endless amazing processes that will influence others to grow and transform.

You will end this module with a plan of a Flag workshop that you could teach Immediately.

This is an online live course of 12 full lessons+ 9 Recorded lessons during 4 months of training.

Module 1

Meet your Inner artist

In these  Module the student will get familiar with the building block of visual journaling- the 7 elements, through working with very powerful inner work and activating the archetype of the Inner Artist.

This is the first course that you could teach after graduation. you will get all the templates so you could immediately start after graduation.

Module 2

Voice Dialogue Technique

In this module, we will learn about our inner parts. We all have the inner child, the good mother, the critic and many more inner Archetypes and symbols that create an inner Family or Comunity.

We will concentrate on the revolutionary Voice Dialogue technique that was created by Hal & Sidra Stone and incorporate creative art processes.

The facilitator & The group

In this module, we will learn different theories of facilitating groups.

We will learn in a fun creative way- with short exercises, with family constellations and more.

We will get to know our strengths and how can we deal with difficult situations.

We will learn how to create a nourishing space for others.

I’m very honored to announce the opening of the International mentor training in my method of “SoulPages™ Journaling”.

This is an online live course of 32 full lessons during 9 months of training.

All the lessons are recorded and kept for another full year after the course is finished.

The graduates will get a certificate of “Mentor of SoulPages™ Method”, and will be able to work with groups/private clients as soon as the course finish

We are all born artists

My name is Rakefet Hadar.

I developed the SoulPages™ visual journal method to help as many people as possible encounter the power of creation, to reconnect with their passion, joy and healing strengths.

My method is built upon seven simple elements: Intention, Magical Coincidence, Background, Image, Color, Line, and Text.

I teach my method in different ways: through trips I organize, online courses and in-person workshops. I also published the book “Layers of Meaning” which consolidates all my knowledge, many exercises, and pieces from my own private journal.

In 2015 I started to teach the SoulPages™ Mentor course of my method and since then more than 200 graduates started to work and teach my method in Israel and worldwide.

I believe that when you learn how to be a SoulPages™ mentor you become an artist of inner transformation.

You become independent and you learn how to use all your life events to create amazing lessons for others. When you work on your lessons you keep creating for yourself in an extraordinary cycle of creativity and flow.

Meet your Inner artist+ Voice Dialogue

In these two Module the student will get familiar with the building block of visual journaling- the 7 elements, through working with very powerful inner work and activating the archetype of the Inner Artist.

We will combine the visual journal to Voice Dialog technique to create stunning meaningful pages.

Module 3

Being with others

In this module we will learn different theories of psychology of art and working with groups as a facilitator of change and transformation.

We will create in a special journal that we will make especially for this module.

You will get seven processes that you could use in your workshops.

 

Module 4

My Diamond Mine

In this module we will dive in to discover all your strengths and learn how to create endless amazing processes that will influence others to grow and transform.

You will end this module with a plan of a full  “Flagship workshop” that you could teach Immediately.

Rainbow of colors

In this two module, all the course members will bring their impressions, questions, and case studies from their “Practicum”* small groups.  We will work in our journals to understand and contain any situation.

What is mindfulness?

Mindful awareness is the basic human ability to be fully present in each moment, aware of where we are and what we are doing. This awareness gives us the choice to respond in ways that support health and well-being for ourselves, our loved ones, and our communities. Directly experiencing the world produces a state of awareness that frees you from habitual thoughts, feelings, emotions, and preconceptions.

What is included in this mindfulness training class?

This mindfulness training class includes fun creative exercises that help illustrate how our minds form patterns. This class also explores how our creativity may be impacted by fear of social acceptance. Regular mindfulness practice will help you identify your thought patterns so you can respond to thoughts in new, healthy ways. People who practice mindfulness regularly tend to adapt their cognitive processing much more quickly. This ability helps them notice their thoughts and sense emotions in the body. Divergent thinking is also a benefit from mindfulness training. Finding creative solutions and solving problems that require insight becomes much easier.

This class also includes a couple of simple drawing practices that are accessible to everyone, regardless of drawing skills. These drawing practices help you to focus and relax, allowing your mind to settle, relax, and be free from judgment.

Book binding is an ancient craft, we all know it as gathering pages to a book or a notebook, an album or a way to submit a project.

In the art journaling world, we bind our journal as an act of preparing the container in which we express our feelings, thoughts and desires. The holder of expressing secrets or manifesting wishes all in mixed media art.
