About This Course
Creating together is a unique experience that can shift our perception and deepen our creativity.
When we create our individual artwork within the context of a community, the process becomes even more powerful. Working together gives us the opportunity to connect with others, receive inspiration, and become part of the unique energy of a creative womb.
In this course, we will explore the world-renowned method of Family Constellation, developed by Bert Hellinger, through the creation of a special three-generation family soul fabric. This fabric will include words, images, colors, and symbols that represent your family of origin.
You will learn mixed-media techniques for creating a soul fabric, which you will later cut into smaller pieces that represent different family members. This creative process will allow you to explore family patterns, relationships, memories, and inner movements through art.

- Posca markers
- pen and paper for writing exercises
- A white canvas or cotton covered with gesso ( size A3 /42cm*29)
- White marker/gel pen
- Acrylic inks
- Printed images of some of your lineage
- Glue
- Scissors
