How do I watch the course I bought?

Every digital course you’ve bought is waiting for you in My Account. Five quick steps, and you’re in. Watch the one-minute video, or read the steps below it.

Step 1: Go to the site and click “Want to log in?”

“Want to log in?” sits in the top bar of the site, on the left. On your phone, it’s in the blue bar at the top of the screen.

Step 2: Log in

Enter your username and password, then click Login. Signed up with Google? Just click Login with Google.

  • Your username is the email address you signed up with.
  • Your password is the one you chose when you signed up. Forgot it? Click “Lost your password?” on the login screen, and a new one will land in your inbox.

On your first login, it’s worth checking “Remember me” and letting your browser save the password, so next time you’re in instantly.

Step 3: Arrive at “My Courses”

Once you’re logged in, your account opens with “My Courses” and every course you’ve bought. Click the course, or the “Continue Learning” button underneath it. To get back here from anywhere on the site, click “My Account” in the top bar.

Step 4: Choose a lesson

On the course page, under “Course Content,” you’ll find every part of the course and the lessons inside it. Click the name of the lesson you want to watch.

Step 5: Watch

Click the play button in the middle of the video. It can take a few seconds to load, so if the screen looks empty for a moment, that’s all it is.

Frequently asked questions

How long are the recordings available?

You can watch the recordings months and years after the course ends, for as long as the site is here.

Look at the top bar of the site, next to “My Account”:

  • Logged in: the icon is pink, and next to it you’ll see your name.
  • Not logged in: the icon is gray, and next to it is the question “Want to log in?” Click it to open the login screen.
