One of the hardest things is to keep hope in difficult times

Find an inner source of light that will keep your heart warm

Allow cracks of gold to color the difficulty.

What has saved me over the past few months is the visual journal

Every week I had to create lessons for my training and courses

Every time I went to my Journal and managed to express something in it

I felt immediate relief.

Every time I visited my inner child-she didn’t want me to leave

She cried and told me how scared she was

I promised I would stay with her and never leave her.

I remember when I was little, I would call my mother in the middle of the night and ask her to turn on the little light outside my room.

I would tell her, “Mom, please paint the darkness so it won’t be so black.”

Since then, I’ve been busy with how to get up from difficult situations?

How do we find the strength within us to overcome what life brings to our doorstep?
