SoulPages™ is a powerful tool that allows people to connect to a place of transformation and healing, using various mixed media techniques within a personal journal.
Working within the visual journal under the gentle guidance of a mentor enables processes of growth, healing, and ignition of the joy and passion of life.
I’m very honored to announce the opening of the International mentor training in my method of “SoulPages™ Journaling”.
This is an online live course of 32 full lessons during 9 months of training.
All the lessons are recorded and kept for another full year after the course is finished.
The graduates will get a certificate of “Mentor of SoulPages™ Method”, and will be able to work with groups/private clients as soon as the course finish
About me
We are all born artists
My name is Rakefet Hadar.
I developed the SoulPages™ visual journal method to help as many people as possible encounter the power of creation, to reconnect with their passion, joy and healing strengths.
My method is built upon seven simple elements: Intention, Magical Coincidence, Background, Image, Color, Line, and Text.
I teach my method in different ways: through trips I organize, online courses and in-person workshops. I also published the book “Layers of Meaning” which consolidates all my knowledge, many exercises, and pieces from my own private journal.
In 2015 I started to teach the SoulPages™ Mentor course of my method and since then more than 200 graduates started to work and teach my method in Israel and worldwide.
I believe that when you learn how to be a SoulPages™ mentor you become an artist of inner transformation.
You become independent and you learn how to use all your life events to create amazing lessons for others. When you work on your lessons you keep creating for yourself in an extraordinary cycle of creativity and flow.

Where and How?
- This course will take place online with the Zoom platform
- from October -June .
- We will meet every Tuesday for a live session (18.00pm Jerusalem time)
- All the lessons will be recorded and uploaded to the course content up to 24 hours later.
- A close Facebook group where you can share your class work and get the attention and ideas of your peers class

- This course is a transformational, life-changing course… so you don’t have to become a full-time Mentor. You will acquire so many important tools in this journey.
- Attendance to the live zoom is important but not mandatory, It does contribute to your training.

What is the Visual Journal?
The Visual Journal is a powerful tool that connects to a place of healing and transformation, that helps us self-educate about different materials and work with a variety of techniques of mixed media – all in the format of a journal.
The Binding of the Journal, the work inside it thereafter, the gentle guidance of a trustworthy instructor – allow us to go through processes of growth and healing, and even light up a spark of joy and passion.
I developed the “SoulPages” Method to let you reconnect with parts of you that dream and fulfill, parts of you that are joyous.

Rakefet is an art therapist and writer. Rakefet developed the SoulPages™ method and the “Color Archetypes” method.
She published the book Layers of Meaning which sold thousands of copies in Israel and around the world.
Rakefet manages the SoulPages™ school for creative visual journaling and she certified mentors in the Soulpages™ method.

A graduate of Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield’s Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program and their Mindfulness Mentor Training Program. Pam is also certified as a SoulPages™ Mentor.

Artist, SoulPages Trainer and Facilitator
Daniella is a certified SoulPages trainer and she focuses on Marketing strategies and ways of helping graduate find their true calling.
Daniella is a thriving artist in mixed media. She participated in numerous exhibitions and she loves to cooperate and work with different communities.

Syllabus of the program
Module 1-2
Meet your Inner artist+ Voice Dialogue
In these two Module the student will get familiar with the building block of visual journaling- the 7 elements, through working with very powerful inner work and activating the archetype of the Inner Artist.
We will combine the visual journal to Voice Dialog technique to create stunning meaningful pages.
Module 3
Being with others
In this module we will learn different theories of psychology of art and working with groups as a facilitator of change and transformation.
We will create in a special journal that we will make especially for this module.
You will get seven processes that you could use in your workshops.
Module 4
My Diamond Mine
In this module we will dive in to discover all your strengths and learn how to create endless amazing processes that will influence others to grow and transform.
You will end this module with a plan of a full “Flagship workshop” that you could teach Immediately.
Module 5-6
Rainbow of colors
In this two module, all the course members will bring their impressions, questions, and case studies from their “Practicum”* small groups. We will work in our journals to understand and contain any situation.
* The Mentors could open small groups and teach their “Flagship” workshop. (This is not mandatory)
The students will also go through a specified marketing course.
