SoulPages in Tuscany

SoulPages in Tuscany

I wanted to share with you my most memorable moments!!

I was traveling for a whole week in Toscana and  I felt really blessed for having my visual journal with me.

It was almost like a close friend that helped me to reflect on everything that I saw.

It helped me to slow down and not rush from one activity to the next.

This is a visual summary of my vacation…

For each day I have chosen my most memorable moment.

I hope you enjoy it!

Day 1- Florence & the Ponte Vecchio bridge

That is definitely the most beautiful bridge I ever saw with these small houses all over it.

I couldn’t stop looking at it and imagining how it looked in the old days.

This is what I wrote in my Diary

“Such a full day of Renaissance art from the great masters like Botticelli, Caravaggio, Donatello, Michelangelo and many more…but what I really loved is wandering around this small beautiful city and looking at it from different positions. Sitting in small coffee places and working in my journal. In the Duomo tour I learned that Brunelleschi discovered the concept of perspective, and that is how the Renaissance started..so today my prompt was-we all need to have some “perspective” in our lives”

Day 2-Piazella Michelangelo

The view from Piazella Michaelangelo was really breath taking!

I recommend spending there a few hours of drawing the beautiful scenery.

Day 3- Pisa

A very busy day of traveling between Florence and Sienna through Pisa and San Gimignano..the word that kept coming to my mind was-proportions..
Here I worked with brochures I got in the streets.

Day 4- Siena

Siena is such a beautiful place that I took maybe 200 photos today.. We climbed the Torre del mangia tower and watched over the crazy streets with so many houses build on each other.

Day 5- Tuscany Villages

Today we changed the atmosphere to  small villages..my favorite was Pienza with so many cute places and serene views of green hills and cypress trees. In my house I have 3 of them hanging out in front of my house, so I felt at home.

Day 6- The Tarot Garden

The tarot garden of Niki de saint phases is one of the most beautiful, inspiring and imaginative places I saw!
The artist that created it was inspired by Gaudi’s Parc Guell in Barcelona. She designed and created it in 22 years. Every statue represents one of the tarot of the major arcana ( the 22 steps of the fool’s journey).
As a tarot lover, I had such an amazing time exploring each of them.
The pictures don’t show how amazing this experience was.. it’s a true gem that Niki de Saint Phalle gave us ( She died in 2002 when the garden was completed)
I’m going to try and express it in my journal in the next few days so keep an eye for my next posts about this incredible place!!

The Transformative book & the Dreaming child

Layers of Meaning-The Book as a transformative force

Last week we had a zoom live event to celebrate my book published in the US.

In this event, I shared with you my journey in the last eight years, since I started developing my method- SoulPages.

And how writing the book was a transformative force that helped me create my path.

we talked about the seven elements and I demonstrated a full process of activating the dreaming child within.

The Dreaming child archetype

One of the basic concepts I talk about in my book is The Dreaming Child.

It is pure childlike energy that exists within us, it is familiar with our unconscious mind, with all the inner landscapes and all the treasures we have yet to unearth.

The Dreaming Child is ready at any moment to go on a journey of discovery and investigation, with a fresh perspective, always seeing the world as if for the first time

Connecting with this archetype will bring joy and passion to your life.

Color Archetypes

Color Archetypes

Color Archetype and the theory of soul energy

There are many theories that link our complex soul to theories of color.

Our aura colors, chakra colors, Native American color wheel and more are all an attempt to express the richness and complexity of our soul.

Our soul is like a beautiful diamond which is made up of several components, these components can be called energies and any such energy can be seen in a particular color so that we can understand how these energies work together to allow our soul to be expressed in the world.

The three energies that make up our soul are the core energy, the other energy, and the spiritual energy.

In Color Archetypes, I chose to use the language of colors to describe the energies that make up our souls.

The three basic colors – red, blue, yellow – make up all the colors in the universe, and respectively – the three basic energies of the soul can create an infinity of possibilities in our lives.

To express the energies of the soul – I chose to attach one basic color to each energy. The uniqueness of the “Color Archetypes” method compared to other methods of color healing is the ability of each one to arrange for himself the color map according to his intuitive and personal connection to the primary colors.

Creating our first color map

We are going to create a personal color map that is based on our current situation in life.

But before we start, I want to explain, In short, my theory about energies and color.

As you all know and feel, our world is composed of energies..

Feelings are energies

Actions are energies.

Connections with others have energies.

Through shamanic studies,  I discovered that there are three main energy modes

The core energy mode

 The other energy mode

The spiritual energy mode

Every day we move from one mode of energy to the others- lots of times every day.

We feel a special kind of energy when we are with our family or friends, interacting, talking..this is the other energy mode.

And then we are on our own, thinking, creating, listening to music, etc.. this is the core energy.

Finally, when we meditate or walk in nature, we can access the spiritual energy, which is a different light energy.

Some people feel it when they are connecting with art or literature, some when praying to god…but everyone has a spiritual side, even if you are not religious.

You probably ask- what is the connection between energies and colors? Good question!

Our subconscious translates energies to colors.

Our subconscious feels with colors..

What is especially beautiful about colors is that they have energy in them, each color affects us, but we are not quite sure how; we feel something when we see colors.

So now we are going to create our first map of color/energies.
